1. Orders & Payment

Payment Upfront: To keep things moving smoothly, full payment is required before I order your blanks or start any printing.

Quotes: Quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to change if the garment costs fluctuate or the design requirements change.

2. Returns & Refunds

Custom Goods: Because these items are made specifically for you (with your logo, design, or size), I cannot offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong size.

Defects: If there is a genuine manufacturing error or a major defect with the print or garment upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours of pickup/delivery with photos.

3. Artwork & Print Quality

Quality In, Quality Out: I print what you send me. If you send a low-resolution pixelated image, the print will look pixelated. I will always try to warn you if a file looks bad, but the final responsibility for the file quality lies with you.

Colours: Please note that colours on a computer or phone screen (RGB) often look slightly different than ink on fabric (CMYK/DTF). Slight colour variations are normal and not considered a defect.

4. Copyright & Ownership

Your Rights: You guarantee that you have the rights to use any images or logos you send me. Pressed by Nobby is not liable for any copyright infringements on artwork supplied by the customer.

Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to refuse to print artwork that is offensive, hateful or violates copyright laws.

5. Turnaround & Shipping

Timelines: Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. While I always aim to hit the deadline, sometimes supplier delays happen. I’m not liable for delays caused by shipping couriers once the parcel leaves my hands.

Local Pickup: If you choose pickup, please aim to collect your order within 14 days of notification.
